That's Not What She Said

posted by Chris on 2014/3/6 (Comics)

Good evening all, it's Dyluthus here, it's Thursday evening and time for another anti-HEROES.

Sit back and enjoy Keriss trying to find a way to use the incorporeal rules to their advantage while Kaal struggles to understand that the incorporeal rules are even an actual thing Happy

This has made my day. I wish all poitgnss were this good.

@Tiri The last FEW pages? Try all of them.

@Dyluthus By all means, and I'm sure that when you're back in full form we'll get the quality we've come to expect. Pity.

Hello, it's Dyluthus here and I just wanted to say I'm really sorry about the comic delay this week and last, I've been fighting a nasty flu bug but I'm on the mend and will have the next issue up by this tomorrow evening along with next weeks regularly scheduled comic and hopefully another one in between just to catch things up.

Thanks as always or stopping by!

To be honest, I think the quality of the last few pages has been declining. I think Leakingpen and Dyluth should take a short break as the last few errors have been caused by what could be lack of concentration. If there are too many wany things on your mind, deal with them first rather than trying to churn out a comic which has major art and continuity errors, which may matter to those who care about the story.

Its tough to get your hands one those rule books. (pun)

Actually, you guys remember that processing strip? Where he spent an entire day (and night) processing Aldran's mind-blowing collection of secrets? Maybe he actually did lose part of his memories then?
ralanr - 2014/3/18
It's either:
A. He's so stupid he forgets things he knows and complains about.
B. Pretends to be stupid but is dumb enough to forget things that already established earlier. So he's trying to hard to be stupid.
C. They just forgot he knew this.
D. He has short term memory loss and his friend kept telling him the ghost rules.
Avianmosquito - 2014/3/15
You guys really screwed the pooch on this one. A major art mistake and a major continuity error in the same strip, the latter being the entire strip long.

"a hundred give or take ninety"

he could have been a gost for only ten years

It is also different to its first answer (as i recall)

but so is his knowledge of the rule so:
either he IS a complete idiot (more than we thought), or playing idiot,
Or it is a different personnality of his (albeit similar) or another KAAL! a clone?

Or he is trolling keriss, but i dont see the purpose

Crap... Destrustor I didn't notice that until you pointed it out, and now I can't unsee it! That's... creepy looking.
Mediocre-Jokes Panda - 2014/3/10
She's just working on a grant from the ministry of silly standing. They're better funded than the ministry of silly walks after all.
Destrustor - 2014/3/10
So, in panels five and six, is Keriss really supposed to have a leg sprouting from the middle of her lower body and the other growing from a few inches down her tail?
leakingpen2 - 2014/3/9
Drakilian, WAIT FOR IT! oh, wait.. you'll be waiting a while, we're swapping storylines. doh.

Beans, you are correct, we kinda showed it before, but we'll show it better soon, they slide into the walls, star trek style.
Beans - 2014/3/8
Perhaps they're sliding doors, Fred. Alternatively, they could be raised or lowered.
Kareasint - 2014/3/7
Kaal appears to have attended Acme U. Ignorance of the rules means that they do not apply to you.
Mad Lemmey - 2014/3/7
Nice one, really cheered me up today! Very happy
Fred - 2014/3/7
Wait, that makes the door thicker than its panels are wide! How does that even work?
