I love panel 2. It really isn't surprising that a high level wizard and a decently strong ninja-maid wouldn't be panicked like the rest of the patrons (presumably mostly peasants).

@Night Templar BAHAHA! Reread it and you're right, it's even more out there than the actual plot xD

SSM, it always amazes me playing online. Playing it as a party game you usually get the wolf MUCH sooner (bodylanguage for the win)

Nice comic lads! How quickly will it all be solved? Will there be a Poirot reveal? Tongue

Well, now I'm curious as to just how realistic this game of Werewolf is.....because I've played the game, and if you're lucky, only 2/3 of the players die before the werewolf is identifed...

I just noticed that this comic goes from being a sudden speed up in the story to just plain ridiculous if you read the first two word bubbles in the third to last panel as if they were connected. Someone being eaten is one thing. Someone being eaten by gods is another.

Let's hope that someone has some Gravol for the white-haired halfling Happy

Panda, Old school player here, apocolypse biatches! There WILL be a crinos before the game is out, I can promise you that...

First of the People to go Primal Form wins 40 silver coi-...Oh right...Well, hopefully the winner is Forsaken and not Pure.

Nothing like a good murder mystery date.

I would personally be more interested if more "main" main characters were involved, but I do really like the idea of combining murder mysteries with fantasy (where supernatural stuff can actually happen), so I'm interested in where this is going. Also, while I am getting a little tired of the continuing supporting character arcs, I do think that the strips in general have been improving in quality the past couple updates.

Huh. I'm not sure if this is a Clue night or a cleverly disguised way of making the guests Vampires, werewolves, or doppelgangers.

Either way, it looks like fun!

...I have no idea why I wrote "someone just got murdered, and somebody just got murdered". Maybe I should join the Department of Redundancy Department.

Well, since we did ask for people who tend to play werewolf on a forum for cameos, that's probably a safe bet. But... just how much of a game is it?

Alassieth, you and me both. The wife and I have suggested doing one with friends for our anniversary.

Koboldian, we will most CERTAINLY be pulling some Clue gags.

Speaking of cameos, today's Guest Victim is DoorKnob, from the GitP forums, dead with a knob in his eye, per his request!
Alassieth - 2012/10/5
That's one thing I'd like to do in real life sometime (a murder mystery night, not kill a guard).

Yay Comic
Draconi Redfir - 2012/10/5
My guess is that the whole murder thing is a hoax and it's all part of a game none of the players know about ("players" being those with the glowing badges)
Night Templar - 2012/10/4
A place named For Ah Magame has werewolves living nearby, someone just got murdered, and somebody just got murdered. Please, please let this end up as a game of Werewolf!

Oh, and someone should probably remind the girl with the clipboard that having a cannibal or possibly werewolf within 50 feet does not equal safety. You know, before someone else gets eaten.
Draconi Redfir - 2012/10/4
It was the Vampire, with the Doorknob, in the courtyard.
Koboldian - 2012/10/4
I love Clue! Good old classic game thats perfect for a one night adventure. Wink At least thats my assumption for this
