Play Dirty, Play Often

posted by A on 2012/11/8 (Comics)

Happy Thursday to you all! Bleuse is up to ... something? And it's not that fruity, is it?

For those curious, Play Dirty is a book by RPG writer John Wick. http://johnwickpresents.com/market/products/playdirty.html

The main focus of the book is how, as a GM, to use PC's strengths and flaws against them. Especially their strengths.

Oh, he's a caster all right. Rgr/Brd is just a leetle bit different from Src or Wiz, though...

Full of salient points. Don't stop bevenliig or writing!

This is excellent stuff, right here. Please keep the comic moving like this; it's so much more engaging than the weird stuff with the other characters.

The important thing about railroading your players into following your campaign is to hide the tracks and make them think they found the path themselves.

Nice. He is reading the Sun Tzu of D&D.

Dude, Bleuse is AWESOME. It's a pretty damn slick plan to get adventurers to take your enemies out and do you a service.

I gotta give him credit, I didn't think he was acting when he got angry and threw them in jail.

I take it that Bleuse is part cat and enjoys playing with the prey before finishing it.

Nice comic, good set up lads, love the double cross!

Awesome. That's a pretty good plan, and the best part is that no matter how genre savvy Laris might be, he pretty much doesn't have a chance of catching on, as these blunders are made by villains all the time.

I actually kind of like Bleuse now.

Lol, glue. I'm surprise the chains didn't fall out at the end just from having to hold him up for more than a few seconds. Wink
